lyrics
These days livin under the sun
Where we grow, petroleum loaded soil
We stay looking out for number one
Before you know, you’re caught up in the rodeo
Pedal go down, together we go
Gotta forget the rules that you know
Never look back,
Say that you're going home
Pedal go down, together we go
Gotta forget the rules that you know
Never look back,
Say that you're going home
Say that you're going home
Say that you're going home
Say that you're going
Say that you're going home
Say that you're going home
Say that you're going
Say that you're going home
We learn, mother unto the son
What we lost we'll never know
Return to a body that burns for love
Take me home, I wanna go
Pedal go down, together we go
Gotta forget the rules that you know
Never look back,
Say that you're going home
Pedal go down, together we go
Gotta forget the rules that ya know
Never look back,
Say that you're going home
Pedal go down, we all know you wanna
Never look back, say that you're gone!
Say that you’re going home
Pedal go down, we all know you wanna
Never look back, say that you're gone!
Say that you’re going home
Pedal go down, we all know you wanna
Never look back, say that you're gone!
Say that you’re going home
Pedal go down, we all know you wanna
Never look back, say that you're gone!
Say that you’re going home
Absolutely adore this album, simply breathtaking, exciting and truly out of this world. Jamie has done an exceptional job; an incredibly talented artist. joanna_magenta
This being my first exposure to Magdalena Bay was like hearing a series of songs I had always wanted to hear laid out one after the other in front of me. The synths, the dreamy yet eerie vocals through most of the album, the clear production that does an amazing job of giving the vocals space to shine alongside the instrumentals rather than drowning it out, only to then very intentionally build toward noise and finales that'll knock your socks off...
This made me want to buy music again. cavanculus
