Skylarking takes its name from Holmes’ new body of work and recent exhibition commissioned by Art Catalyst. The record embodies the unique soundscapes conjured through the exhibition. It journeys seamlessly between the sonic architectures of subterranean caves, ancient geological landforms, the hills of the Peak District and the urban fabric of Sheffield itself.
