This was such an anticipated release for me, yet I was caught off guard by how dark it sounded compared to their previous works. At first, there was a sense of disappointment, but as is the case with all their releases, the music takes time to settle. Now, it stands alongside their other great albums: The Campfire Headphase, Geogaddi, and Music Has the Right to Children. The question we all wonder: will they ever release another album? We can only hope. Greatest experimental ambient duo ever.
