Firstly, by introducing the state derivative approach and integrating the dynamics of tracking errors with previewable reference signal information, a local augmented error system is constructed for each subsystem. Subsequently, a global augmented error system is developed via a state augmentation technique, thereby transforming the original decentralized preview tracking control problem into a decentralized $H_\\infty $ control problem. Furthermore, based on the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequality method, sufficient conditions for the existence of decentralized $H_\\infty $ preview controllers and their design methodologies are derived for state feedback and output feedback schemes, respectively.
