Description
Store Commerce is the point-of-sale application for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce. It supports a wide range of capabilities beyond retail sale transactions that enable cashiers, managers and sales associates to manage store operations from a mobile device. In addition to flexible and performant sales transaction workflows, the Store Commerce app facilitates assisted selling and clienteling, order processing and fulfillment, inventory management, shift and cash management, role-based reporting, and more. The Store Commerce app connects to payment terminals, receipt printers, bar code scanners and cash drawers, and is highly customizable to meet the needs of a wide range of business requirements.
Prerequisites: Deploy a Commerce Scale Unit using the Dynamics Lifecycle Service portal before using the Store Commerce app. The app needs the CPOS URL to activate a register. Store workers and Devices need to be configured in Dynamics 365 Commerce back office. Request for Update Regarding Dynamics 360 POS Mobile Application
As part of my work, I frequently use the Microsoft Dynamics 360 POS application. I recently noticed the release of its mobile version, and I was delighted to see this development.
However, I encountered an issue while using the mobile application. When logging into the POS account, the interface is supposed to display different user options (1, 2, 3, 4), as it does on the web version. Unfortunately, these options are not visible on the mobile app.
I kindly request a potential update or fix to address this discrepancy so that the mobile version aligns with the web version’s functionality. Your assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
