Realize that this is new
I realize that the Montblanc Digital Paper is new but sync is horrible. It takes 30+ minutes to sync. Then >than 2 hours to reconcile if I delete something off the device to reconcile with the cloud server. Additionally you can’t delete a file from the app, only the device itself. Any idea when there will be an update to the app? Additionally you can’t use hyperlinked pdf’s on the device as of yet.

New but buggy
Keeps logging you out of the app.
Doesn’t remember passwords in the keychain nor support passkey.
Doesn’t have an iPad app nor a desktop Mac App for easy transfers.
Can’t even log in
Unacceptable that one can’t even log in. Insert my email, ask to reset my password (there is no option to create a new account), it says that it will send a code in my email, and never does.

Hello,
Users are only allowed to create account via the Montblanc Digital Paper device. If a non-existing account's email is inserted, then both reset and signup will not be possible via the app.
Please signup for your Montblanc Cloud account from the Settings from your Montblanc Digital Paper device.
