What we love: The simplicity of the puzzling. Dragging and dropping blocks to remove lines is a breeze at first, but as the blocks begin to back up—and you have some unfriendly shapes to deal with—keeping the board clear becomes a true test of your mental mettle.

Quick tip: Slow down! You don’t get bonus points for being quick (and sloppy). And always try to preserve some open space in case you’re handed a chunky—and potentially game-ending—3x3 block.

Meet the creator: Hong Kong–based developer Hungry Studio got its start in 2021 and released its megahit casual puzzler Block Blast! in 2022.
