Dear Team,

Applied on 4 position in last 2 weeks and received mail for test schedule along with OTP. But when logged into app and entered OTP and started with first assessment app sticker and logged out automatically. After logging again it shows “previous session active”. This issue is for all position applied for and from few days. Please look into it as really keen in getting interviewed in JIO.

While the JIO Career App offers a range of useful features, the current UI design needs significant improvement to provide a better user experience.

Firstly, the number count displayed in circles on the dashboard appears cut off at the bottom, detracting from the overall visual presentation. Additionally, within the job description pages, the UI elements — particularly the scrollbar header — are not well-executed and appear unrefined. The experience further deteriorates upon clicking the "more" button, as the bottom tab that opens displays a close button and header that are not visually appealing or user-friendly.

These UI issues collectively impact the app’s usability and leave users with a less-than-ideal experience. Improvements in these areas would significantly enhance user satisfaction and overall engagement with the app.

I tried hundred times in 2 days. But every time app would crash immediately after opening. I really wonder how a company with such a great strength, super mind employees and current number 1 in telecom sector can make such worst app.

Anyways, after trial and error the solution I found is that if it has to work, it will work on mobile data only. With wifi it has some issue in connectivity.
