10th Anniversary
MLBB 10th anniversary celebration begins! The Anniversary Celebration Battle Pass is here for a limited time!
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) is gearing up for its 10th anniversary with a major update that shakes up the game, loads of new skins, a unique game mode and more! Here are some of the App Store Editors’ favourite highlights from the Land of Dawn.
Eight beloved heroes are getting changes to the way they look and play. Masha, Bruno, Kadita and Badang are getting ability overhauls, while Clint, Luo Yi, Brody and Paquito earn a makeover for their artwork and animations. Give them a spin and rediscover your favourites.
Complete Carnival Battle Pass missions to win prizes including an Epic skin of your choice, from now until 31 October. Accumulate enough anniversary tokens from the pass, and you’ll also get a super adorable skin for the popular mage Nana, unlocked from 9 October onwards.
While some heroes are getting makeovers, a few others are heading in the other direction instead. Vexana, Chou, Akai, Yi Sun-shin and Zilong can be played in their original versions again in Classic and Brawl modes, letting you relive the yesteryear.
The main anniversary event pays tribute to the iconic starter hero Layla. Accumulate points from the usual task mechanism or the new side-scrolling shmup mini-game that sends Layla to space, where she’ll have to survive against oncoming waves of meteors. These points are the key to unlocking the event’s ultimate reward, a new Collector–tier Layla skin, making this the first time a Collector skin can be earned for free in MLBB.
Battlefield effects are a popular way to shake up usual gameplay for high-level matches. This time, MLBB is introducing a new set of effects that may change the entire flow of the match. Scattered around the battlefield, the vision wisps can be picked up to reveal hidden enemies. Adorned in gold, turrets become much more durable, and consequently give more rewards upon destruction. And the Turtle can act like the Lord instead: upon its defeat, nearby heroes get a hefty healing boost, while an allied Turtle will spawn on your team’s side. Those effects will be available for the rest of this year.
Ever popular with the fans, the anime-inspired Aspirants skin series is getting its fifth instalment: two new skins for Selena and Obsidia. Have a look before they’re gone on 7 November.
