It's like a pal or guide that will offer suggestions and keep us on track. Then in your Team meetings, you'll discuss how the APP works best for everyone by sharing tips and what's working (or not).

SNAPP provides information and guidance that is personalized to the individual household and localized to the town, city, or community.
