(1) Payment: 1-month, 3-month, and 1-year auto-renew plans are available. Charges are billed to your iTunes account.
(2) Renewal: The subscription fee is automatically charged each period via iTunes account. After payment, your membership is extended for the next term.

The content selection is good, but the app experience is disappointing. The settings and customization options are very limited compared with other streaming apps. Even after paying for the VIP subscription, there are still promotional advertisements and prompts, which makes it feel like the paid experience isn’t truly ad-free.I also find the lack of basic options, such as more control over subtitles and playback, frustrating. For a paid streaming service, I would expect a more flexible and user-friendly app.Hopefully YOUKU can improve the app settings and provide a genuinely ad-free experience for paying VIP users.

Your app experience is sadly almost make me want to delete the app on iPhone and iPad/Mac. 1. Please allow screen casting and not mirroring because I need to use my phone for other work while watching drama. And do you know how awful the resolution it is when mirror to 4K TV? 2. When I screen mirroring from my iPad, your app is optimised for iOS but not iPad OS. It does not support the app in Landscape setting and when I full screen the app to watch the video, it is in Potrait setting. So when I mirror to my TV, it is in potrait setting. Awful! Since I’m using Mac M1, I tried install the app on my Mac using app store. Same issue. When I click full screen on the app, the app does not auto rotate naturally causing the full screen video appear in potrait half view only and not landscape.

Hi Youku, please upgrade some part of the problems in the app, where I cannot find ‘search bar’ , and the video don’t have rewind and fast forward button. Thank youOverall its a good site for chinese drama where most of chinese drama cannot be find in other apps or truth it cannot display the drama because not available in my region.

Language problem

I love the app the movies are good but there’s a problem… I used the same account on my tv and phone . When I play the movie on the tv it speaks Chinese (normal) but when I played the same movie on my phone it speaks Thai. (The movie is a Chinese movie) also, after I’m done watching movie on the tv , I straight away watch on my phone (same eps) it speaks chinese , but when next eps it changed to Thai. Please fix this issue!!!
