Incredibly friendly, helpful and informative
Thank god this app exists, otherwise I’d probably have to go down to Apple. Dock, the person that assisted me, was amazing. He helped me solve my extremely complex and almost improbable issue, and on top of that, he was kind, and he even gave me an air hug! Dock, if you’re reading this I should have got your number.
Jokes aside, I NEVER write reviews for apps. But because of the life changing experience on this app, this deserves a 5-star. The app is also user-friendly, and I encountered 0 issues. 10/10, and will consult the intelligent online assistants on this app again if I ever encounter any more issues on my Apple products.

Bad support
“We’re here to help” ? Been down to the store twice because my 5 days old iPhone 11 Pro has been draining unexpectedly fast. Chat with the support online but she have been nothing but rude. She keeps insisting there is nothing wrong with my phone but clear there is. My friend’s 3 days old same phone can last more than 1.5 days without a charge but mine couldn’t even make it to a full 24 hours. Explained why I think my battery has an issue but she just ignored and typed over what I said and told me since the battery health is 100%, my iPhone has no issues. How can there be no issue when the website boasts of 18 hours video playback but when I didn’t watch a single video it couldn’t even make it to one full day? My friend and I did a comparison where she charged 5 hours before me and watch an hours’ worth of videos and the next day when we checked our phones mine is at 40% and hers is still going strong at 60%. JUST by chatting with apple support my phone depleted 5% and yet they insists there’s no issue. The apple chat support asks me when will I be available to go to the store AGAIN and I mention tomorrow 7pm she sets me up for TODAY 7.10pm.
APPLE > ANY OTHER BRAND
This is the best app ever known to the history of mankind. I have encountered 0 bugs, and the simple explanation is because this app is by Apple. Their support is even more friendly as compared to my friend talking to me. He waited super patiently for me to reset my Apple Watch, AirPods Pro which took like 10 minutes! Thank you Apple, and especially those that helped me out!
And of course he told me to put on my mask to ensure my safety when going outside at the end of our amazingly friendly conversation.
100/1 would recommend, if you use Apple :)
