INGREDIENTS 1 6-oz block @RothCheese Creamy Havarti, cut into squares Bowtie pasta Olive Oil, to taste Salt & pepper, to taste Salami, folded into fourths Castelvetrano olives Cornichons INSTRUCTIONS 1. Boil bowtie pasta in salted water until al dente, or for about 10 minutes. 2. Drain pasta, dress with olive oil, salt, and pepper. 3. Skewer bow tie pasta, castelvetrano olive, cornichon, salami, and Roth Creamy Havarti square. 4. Make sure to not skewer through the Roth Havarti square, so that it will be able to balance on the platter. NOTE: you can also lay them flat on a platter for an easier, but just as cute presentation. 5. Set out skewers on a platter and enjoy! #AintTooProudToCheese #charcuterie #cheeseplate #RothCheese
