I think I made a couple of non traditional moves here, but this is how I like it and would love to know how you make yours. Also… I like my guac fairly chunky and on the colder side. So I keep my avocados in the fridge right up until I want to make this. This is perfect with chips or any crunchy vessel, as a spread on any sandwich, or on top of any protein or meal.
