Edgar T. Jones was a painter, naturalist, and wildlife expert who was a huge influence on my early visual creativity. I used to draw sketches of his paintings of owls, wolves, and other Canadian wildlife. He lived down the road from us in a wooded area of Riverbend and I used to visit him both at his house and at his art stands at the mall. He was a visionary from my early youth.
