Add crushed digesters and melted butter to a bowl and mix until combined then scoop into the tin and press down firmly. Pop this in the fridge for now. Add double cream to a bowl and whisk to form stiff peaks. In another bowl add cream cheese and icing sugar and whisk until smooth then fold in the whipped cream. Scoop the mix onto your base. Smoothen it out to the edges then refrigerate for at least five hours. Pour hot cream over dark chocolate or chocolate chips and mix until smooth then pour this over the cheesecake. Top a crushed KitKats and refrigerate again for two hours. Enjoy.
