So a sprinkle of the Swerve sugar. Okay? And we're just going to give that a really good mix. I'm going to put that in the microwave. In the microwave. Get out your low carb tortilla. That's the brand I'm using. And get out your egg beaters. Alright the filling is warmed up Okay? If you wanted to add like some vanilla protein powder to this, go for it, please. The more protein you can get in this, the better. You don't want to overfill it and this right here will make two. I'm just going to make one today. You're going to just fill up the tortilla just like that. Kinda get it to the edge. Leave a little bit of a gap, okay? And you're going to fold your tortilla over. Okay, just a little bit of this in a bowl, just a tiny amount and you're just going to take, where's my dill? You're going to take this and you're just going to brush tortilla with it because we're going to put this in the air fryer. And you're just going to go just like that. Press it down. Now you're going to take your cinnamon and you're just going to sprinkle it on top. And we're going to go over here to the air fryer. Alright she's in. Put it on cake and let her cook.
