How to: -inflate & tie 17 in and 11 in balloons together (do this twice) -inflate & tie two 11 in balloons together (do this twice) then twist pairs together -twist a pair of 11 in & 17 in balloons on one side of the cluster then twist the second pair of 11 in & 17 in to the other side of the cluster so you’ll have a cluster of eight -create two clusters with four 5 in balloons in each -loop a band around a 5 in cluster and loop around one of the 11 in balloons in the large cluster. These also look super cute on a tablescape, gift box, birthday parties, etc.. These are also easy, easy! If you follow the steps, it’s pretty hard to mess up! *P.S. use cardstock paper for these! They won’t look as cute if you dont! 🎀
