Handstand for Beginners
Tips for learning a handstand and getting comfortable upside down: -start a couple feet away from a wall -plant your hands firmly -use you "spider fingers", which means to grip the floor with the finger tips -kick up and find the wall behind you -once you are stable extend one leg up to the ceiling -pull belly buttom in an up towards the spine to keep the core engaged (handstands are all about having a stable core) #tips #yoga #handstand #beginneryoga
