Cottage Cheese Chips 🧀🍟🔥 Ingredients: • 1 cup cottage cheese (230g) 🧀 • Everything bagel seasoning (or your choice) 🧂 • Salt (optional) 🧂 (I like it salty!) • 1 tsp coconut oil 🥥 Process: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) 2️⃣ Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and spread some melted coconut oil 3️⃣ Drop dollops of cottage cheese onto the sheets (no need to smash them down!) 4️⃣ Sprinkle seasoning on top 5️⃣ Bake for 35–45 mins (check around 25/30 mins) • Middle pieces take longer to crisp — edges will brown first! • Don’t stress if liquid pools during baking — it will evaporate! 6️⃣ Once baked and golden, let cool to get extra crispy!
