Pear and Gorgonzola Cheese on Toasted Walnut Bread - Cooking Mediterranean
Ingredients: Ripe tomatoes, chopped Cucumbers, sliced Red onion, thinly sliced Green bell pepper, sliced Kalamata olives Feta cheese, cubed or crumbled Extra virgin olive oil Red wine vinegar Dried oregano Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: In a large bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and green bell pepper. Add kalamata olives and feta cheese. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to combine and serve fresh. Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 10 minutes | Servings: 4
