The pantry. Yeah, here it is. Cool Whip right there. Perfect. Great. Thank you. There you go. So, this is an eight-ounce tub of Cool Whip. We're going to just drop that into our bowl. You can tell that our Cool Whip has been thawed. We're going to empty out that whole container and then, we're going to fold all this together. Everybody's going to love this. You will be surprised at this combination and how delicious it is. There we go. Doesn't that look nice? Few whole cranberries just to make that beautiful and festive. Is this a spoon or a fork dessert? Oh, this is definitely a fork. What is your vote? Are you team spoon or team fork? I'm going with a fork for this one. Kyle insist it has to be a fork. I'm going to go for the spoon 'cuz this is definitely a spoon dessert. Are you eating bread out of here for you? Yeah, I guess we're just going to dive right. Oh, it looks good. Thickened up once I put it in the in the fridge. Mmm. Wow. I did not think that pineapple and cranberry was going to be good but this is. Oh my gosh. This is so good.

571K views · 8.5K reactions | this easy treat is so yummy | cornbread | this easy treat is so yummy this strawberry cornbread is so good, y'all! | By Kristin's Country Kitchen | Alright, y'all. One package of Jiffy cornbread mix, alright? Take it all out. Sometimes it gets stuck at the bottom. I'm going to do what is it? A third of cup of milk. So, we just follow in the directions on the package but we doctrine it up a little bit. One one egg. Alright. Now, we going to add half stick of melted butter, we're going to add a little bit of sugar just like maybe one or two tablespoons that's it alright that's good and then we also going to add about let's see eyeball it but that's that's about a third a third to a/ 2 a cup of sour cream y'all okay I love sour cream in my dessert it taste so good so we're just going to mix this up real good alright y'all so once that's nice and mixed that looks perfect that mix up real nice y'all real nice next step here I'm going to take some strawberry. Alright, so these are these were frozen strawberry. I kind of thought them out. So, we're going to put in, let's see. That's about, I don't know. Let's see. That's about it. We're going to put in about a cup of of strawberry and again, these are thought out frozen strawberry, okay? Um you could use fresh if you'd like but I I just think the frozen ones that they're a little bit sweeter and I like using that, okay? So, we're just going to fold these in real nice. Just like so. If you want to dice up those strawberry, you can. Um I just leave em whole because they're pretty small and you know what? I have a few left here so I'm just going to use the rest. It's fine. I don't think you're going to have too much strawberry. That's like impossible y'all. Too much strawberry. That don't exist. I'm just going to give this a nice little mix. Alright, just like so. And the texture of the jiffy mix changes too when you add that little bit of sour cream is just real good y'all alright so all we going to do here I have my silicone bundt pan y'all know this is my favorite bacon bacon dish so we're going to pour our strawberry cornbread mixture right into our silicone bundt pan like so alright this is going to be so good y'all you you love you're going to love this strawberry cornbread half homemade right half homemade I'm getting there y'all I'm getting better at doing full full stuff made from scratch but for now I think half homemade is good using frozen strawberry strawberry instead of the Kancon. If you want to use fresh strawberry, like I said, you can do that too. We're going to get this all out of here, alright? And now, we just want to make this even all the way around and you can do this in a loaf pan. You can do this in a skillet, whatever you'd like. I just love using my silicone bacon bacon pan because it it like it's just great. Everything comes right out. I'm going to get the rest of this goodness right off of this spatula. Alright, y'all. We're going to bake this at 350 for about 25 minutes. I'm so excited to show y'all my favorite strawberry cornbread. Alright, y'all. Here we have our strawberry cornbread. I made it in my silicone bundt pan. I took this out of the oven a little while ago so it would cool off. So now it's time to flip it over and hope that it stays together. There's always a chance y'all. There's always a chance that it doesn't. That I have high hopes. This my my silicone bundt pan hasn't let me down yet. Oh and I think this one's going to be just as good because I felt it slide out. Y'all ready to see this? Strawberry cornbread. I'm I'm nervous. Oh my goodness. Okay that looks so good y'all. Look at that. Look how cute that looks. It's so small and cute. So you can put this in a loaf pan if you want to but I put it in my bump pan because I just thought it would be more fun. So let's cut into this. Look at that y'all. Look how good that looks. I'm going to see on this side. That looks better. Look at that. That looks so good y'all. Let me see. I'm going to cut another slice. We got these strawberry. Now remember it's a jiffy cornbread mix. I just added some sour cream. Look how moist that cake looks. Added sour cream and strawberry. So I'm going to take a bite.

This is like you can make pies with or toppings. Just one can of that. Second can is pineapple. Crushed pineapple today. I'm going to use fresh of the can. So much better. Then we're going to do a half a tub of the Cool Whip. We love our Cool Whip and this can be great in our salad today. Look at that. The creaminess. Yum. Then I'm going to add two cans. Little cans of the mandarin oranges. Oh yum. This can make the best salad. It's going to be so quick and for your next party or holiday event then I'm going to use a one cup of a sour cream of your choice I'm going to just put that in and I love sour cream it taste so good in this recipe everyone's going to love this and be asking for the recipe 1 cup of sour cream then we're going to do about a cup and a half of shredded coconut and I've already measured it out you guys this is so easy but it's going to a hit at any party and right now I'm going to take it and kind of mix it in oh wow look at this yummy oh my gosh the oranges the cherry oh oh wow okay I'm getting ahead of myself we're going to add a half a bag of marshmallows got the old campfire little marshmallows and we're just going to put that right on top Smells so good and you guys, this is it. This is like the easiest go-to salad. I use it all the time and I hope you will too. Look at this. You got the cherries. You got the oranges. You've got the whipped cream. Of course, our cool whip and you've got sour cream in this one. Every time I make a six-cup salad, I call it our six-cup salad. I do a little extra twist but that sour cream is very important in this and you kind of turn this as you're stirring and folding. If you've seen my videos before, you know I like to fold from the bottom and get all that goodness off the bottom and look how pretty that is. It turns kind of a pink color. That's your cherries coming in and I want to let you know too. I did drain the oranges and I drain the crushed pineapple. Sometimes I use the chunky but today I use the crush and anyway, drain that. Make sure all that the juice is out of there. You don't want a soggy salad. Anyway, do that make sure you drain it very good look at that off the bottom keep folding stirring look at that color it's so pretty for the holidays like Easter or a spring party summer event I take this to Potlux it's requested all the time at family events it's an old school recipe and every time I kind of add a little bit of a twist and this is so good and the last little ingredient I think we're going to add some pecans. We have a debate. Is it pecans or pecans? What do you think? I think it's pecans. Been pecans to me my whole life. I think it's where you come from. That's what we decided. And we come from the Pacific Northwest originally. And we say pecans. Anyway. Look at that goodness. And then I'm going to add oop there's a little marshmallow. That's a good way of throwing them. I'm going to add about a half a cup of pecans and I'm just going to mix that right on top. I'm going to get a bigger spatula now and get that bottom and fold it in and the longer your nuts are in this, they'll get a little softer which I like a soft nut biting into the salad. I don't like it real hard and you can use walnuts but we like pecans and this is it. Look at this. So easy. So delicious. Be the head of your party. Just keep folding off the bottom because look at look at that there's more cherry at the bottom and it settles you gotta get that goodness so Okay, let that sit for a little bit in your fridge and then we're going to taste it. Okay, here's our beautiful salad. We let that chill a little bit and I'm just going to take a taste right out of the bowl. Mm. So good. Enjoy.
