INGREDIENTS: (makes ca. 5 wraps) 150 dry split red lentils (P 36gr) 360ml warm water Handful of spinach (P 2gr) 2-3 Tbsp nooch (P 8gr) Pinch of salt METHOD: Rinse the lentils under running water. Transfer them to the bowl with water, and leave to soak for at least 1 hour. Transfer the mixture (lentils and water) to a blender then add notch and spinach. Blend for 2 minutes, or until the batter is lump-free. Warm a small amount of oil in a non-stick pan or skillet. If the pan is a high quality non-stick one you won’t need oil. Once the oil is heated, lower the heat to medium-low and pour sufficient batter to create a thin layer across the pan’s surface, using the back of
