❗️Understand that the set up of the exercise is the most important. Do not use momentum and turn this into a hybrid of a deadlift variation. Secondly, understand that you need scapula retraction to fully engage the muscles of the back, otherwise this is an arm and shoulder exercise.

👉The more parallel you are to the ground the more difficult the exercise is. That is the whole point of resistance training when we are trying to build muscle, making it harder and using the intended muscles.
