I have had this sleeve in my file for quite some time. It's such a pretty sleeve and would look so nice on everything from a t-shirt to a dress. So, very versatile. Puffy wedding sleeves with off shoulders are sewn from soft elastic tulle. There is a cuff at the bottom of the sleeve, and an elastic band is sewn on top to hold the sleeve on the bicep.
