It is better than the market ones & you can make endless flavours at home with all the ingredients that you know. 1.5 Litres Milk 1 & 1/2 tsp vinegar or lemon juice 1/2 tsp Eno mixed with 1 tsp water 2 tsp Butter (this gives a nice flavour) 1/4 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Salt & Pink Salt Additional things - Chopped Jalapeño , chilli flakes You can customise it the way you like. - Just make sure you blend it until it is smooth, add no additional water to this while blending - Let this cool properly to ensure it sets & becomes firm 🌟 Vishesh Tippani - Blending might take about 2 to 3 minutes to make sure it is smooth & creamy.
