Watercolor Aesthetic, How to Paint Transparent Flowers in Few Steps
Today, we’re painting really pastel and transparent blue and purple flowers. Since we’re be using lots of water in the paint, water control is really important. Use dry brush and tissue to deal with extra water as you go. Try not to overdo, we're only painting a few loose flowers in different sizes and angles here and there. While the petals are still wet, drop in some green so they can blend beautifully. Once the first layer is dry, we can add a second layer between the petals. Their overlapping makes their transparency nature really visible now. I hope you enjoy my daily practice video. Feel free to comment what you like to see me paint in the future!
