The Best Mocha Mousse Cake 🍫☕

Ingredients: • 2 large Eggs • ¼ cup Granulated sugar • ⅓ cup All-purpose flour • 1½ tbsp Cocoa powder • ¼ tsp Baking powder • ⅛ tsp Salt • 2 tbsp Water • 2 tbsp Sugar • 1 tsp Gelatin (powdered) • 1 tbsp Cold water • ½ cup Heavy cream • 200g Semi-sweet chocolate • 1½ cups Heavy cream (chilled) • 2 tsp Gelatin (powdered) • 2 tbsp Cold water • ½ cup Heavy cream • 200g White chocolate • 3 tsp Instant coffee (dissolved) • 1½ cups Heavy cream (chilled) • ½ cup Heavy cream • 100g Semi-sweet chocolate • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil Instructions: Bake the sponge cake, brush with syrup, and cool. Prepare chocolate mousse, spread over cake, and chill. Make white chocolate mocha mousse, layer it over the chocolate mousse, and chill overnight. Prepare chocolate glaze and pour over the cake.
