• 1/8 tsp Poultry seasoning

• 4 cups Turkey, roast

• 3 cups Turkey stock, rich roast

• 4 cloves Garlic

• 1 Onion, large

• 1/16 scant tsp Onion powder

• 1/4 tsp Parsley, dried

Canned Goods

• 4 cups Chicken broth

Baking & Spices

• 2 tsp Baking powder

• 1 1/4 tsp Black pepper, coarse ground

• 2 tbsp Cornstarch

• 1 cup Flour

• 1 tsp Kosher salt

• 1 tbsp Butter
