• 16 Asparagus spears, slender
• 4 oz Baby bella or cremini mushrooms
• 4 oz Baby spinach
• 4 cloves Garlic
• 1 Red bell pepper, medium
• 1 Red onion, medium large
Baking & Spices
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning blend
• 1 Salt and freshly ground pepper
Oils & Vinegars
• 2 tbsp Olive or other healthy vegetable oil
Bread & Baked Goods
• 2 sheets Puff pastry, frozen

• 4 oz Mozzarella-style cheese, nondairy
