Homemade condiments don’t have to be an all day process. Here’s my version for homemade ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise that take about five minutes each!

Wisteria Herbs

Ingredients

• 1/4 tsp Garlic powder

• 1/4 tsp Onion powder

• 1/4 tsp Oregano, dried

Refrigerated

• 2 Egg yolks

Canned Goods

• 6 oz Tomato paste

Condiments

• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

• 1/2 Lemon (juice only)

• 1/3 cup Mustard, ground

Baking & Spices

• 1 Pinch Allspice, ground

• 1/2 tsp Black pepper

• 1 Pinch Cayenne pepper

• 1 Pinch Celery salt

• 1/2 tsp Kosher salt

• 2 Pinch Salt

• 1 tbsp Sugar

• 1 tbsp Turmeric

Oils & Vinegars

• 3/4 cup Apple cider vinegar

• 1 cup Neutral oil

Dairy

• 1 14 oz. can Condensed milk, sweetened
