7.5K reactions · 16 shares | Not to be dramatic, but these jalapeño parm crisps might be the best thing to hit your cutting board all week. They’re great for parties, charcuterie boards, or snacking! Yield: 16 pieces Prep Time: 10 minutes Total Time: 20-22 minutes INGREDIENTS 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese ½ cup roughly chopped Mezzetta® Sliced Tamed Jalapeños Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste INSTRUCTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. 2. In a bowl, combine the cheddar, Parmesan and a few grinds of black pepper. 3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the cheese mixture onto the baking sheet, flattening each mound slightly to form small discs (about 2 inches wide). Leave about 1 inch of space between each. 4. Scatter the chopped Mezzetta® Sliced Tamed Jalapeño on top of each cheese mound and transfer to the oven to bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are bubbly. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning. 5. Let the crisps cool completely on the baking sheet, they’ll crisp up as they cool, then carefully lift with a spatula and serve. 6. Enjoy! | Mezzetta | Facebook

80 reactions | These really are so perfect. I’m absolutely in love with them and I’m pretty confident you will be too! Try them out for any upcoming hosting you’ve got and let me know what you think! ❤️ INGREDIENTS: 1 baguette, sliced into thin rounds, drizzled in olive oil and toasted in the oven on 180c for about 10 mins (or more) until very crunchy! The more toasted and crunchy, the better! They’ll stay crunchy even with the toppings on for a lot longer. Also, 1 baguette sliced thin enough should make at least 30 crostini 2 to 3 of large persimmon, sliced as fine as possible into thin rounds. Then sliced in half to form a crescent shape. You could also use a mandoline to slice them fine. Black pepper @boursincheese A big handful of hazelnuts, roasted until deeply golden and roughly chopped up A few sprigs rosemary, very finely chopped Olive oil Salt Balsamic vinegar Drizzle of honey METHOD: In a mixing bowl, mix the nuts with the rosemary, a generous drizzle of olive oil, salt, a drizzle of honey and a big splash of balsamic vinegar. Stir well and taste to make any adjustments. If it’s not oily enough, the mix won’t stick well so make sure it’s “saucy” enough To assemble, spread a big teaspoon of the Boursin onto the toasts, fan out 2 crescents of persimmon ontop then drizzle with the nut and rosemary topping Enjoy! | Natalie Chassay | Facebook

We're calling these Figs in a Blanket and they're one of my favorite things we've made this month. We slice fresh figs in half, stuff them with herb goat cheese, wrap in prosciutto, and bake until the figs are soft and the prosciutto is crispy. Top with honey, balsamic glaze, and black pepper recipe below.

655K views · 180 reactions | Baked Brie with Balsamic Roasted Grapes and Rosemary I absolutely love roasted grapes paired with a creamy warm melted cheese. Tossing them in balsamic gives them a sweet caramelized flavour that is truly addictive. Serve it with your favourite crackers and homemade crostini. Making crostini is a great way to revive leftover stale bread. Serve this appetizer for your next gathering or make it a date night and enjoy it with a bottle of bubbly!! 🫶 🫰This is a super easy brie recipe with only 3 main steps. Ingredients: •Balsamic vinegar 3 tbsp •1 tbsp honey (+ more to drizzle on top) •1 pinch black pepper •3 sprigs rosemary (set one aside for garnish) •1 bunches grapes •1 tbsp olive oil (virgin) •250 g Brie wheel 🥖Preheat oven to 400 F (205C) and line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper. To make crostini, in a medium bowl, toss baguette slices with olive oil and rosemary. Place on baking sheet and bake until slightly golden and crisp, turning once for even baking on both sides, about 7-10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand until ready to serve. 🍇Toss the grapes with olive oil, a little salt and pepper and place in the oven. Roast for 15-20 minutes, until the grapes are wrinkly and have a few dark, caramelized spots (especially on the bottom). Leave the oven on. 🤌Warm brie for 10-15 minutes in the same oven. Test by pushing on the center of the brie. 🫳Top brie with grapes, balsamic reduction, and more honey, if desired. Garnish with rosemary. #cheese #camambert #brie #reelsfood #reelsrecipe #foodporn #foodphotography #kulinariya #snackfood #cheeslover | Chef Sofia | Facebook
