Injection Moulding

The creation of bespoke 3D products using custom made moulds. The moulds are generally made out of hardened steel with varying quantity of cavities depending on the size of the product, or sometimes made out of brass for prototype samples. Products are moulded using a variety of thermo setting polymers with different finished characteristics – e.g. rigid (HIPS), or flexible (PVC/TPU).
