I have some basil and I'm just going to slice it up and slide that to the side. I have some tomatoes. Add those to the cutting board. And we're just going to cut them into force. So we're going to do that with all of these tomatoes. Get them into bite sized pieces. Tomatoes are sliced. And so I'm going to add them into our bowl. We have that basil. Sprinkle that right on top. Just going to slide that cutting board out of the way. And bring in my measuring cup and we are going to pour in about a fourth of a cup of balsamic vinegar. Also have some olive oil and we're going to do the same amount of olive oil. We're going to season that up with some salt and some pepper We're just going to whisk that together. How easy is that? We're just going to pour this on top of those tomatoes and basil. Make sure you get all of that out. I've got my spoon and we're just going to mix that together. We got our slices of our baguette. My oven set at 350 degrees. This is only going to take about five to seven minutes for them to be nice and golden. Our crostinis are nice and golden and I have some Borsen cheese and I'm just going to take slices or pieces of that and add it to each of our slices of our baguette. We're just going to top that with our tomato mixture right on top. You definitely can have that tomato mixture all mixed up and waiting in the refrigerator and then, just do this part when you're about ready to serve it. Look how pretty they are and how easy was that Alright, time to try one out. Orson Bruschetta. Say that five times. Oh. Okay. Oh gosh. Mm mm mm. That is absolutely delicious. For sure one of my new favorite appetizers. I hope you try it. Yum.
