Next, we are adding, oops, 2 teaspoons, excuse me, of minced garlic, we're going to mix that in and let that cook and saute for about another minute or so. Now, we're going to push all the veggies to the side and we're going to add 2 eggs and we are going to get that scrambling. Now we're going to mix it all together. So far so good. So far. And next we are going to add in that I've already precooked four cups of rice. That's a lot of rice. Let's do this the other way. Stir it all in. Next we are adding in a pound. This was a pound right? Yep. Yep. Just about a pound. Of cooked shrimp. Did you saute that shrimp in something? We did that also in the sesame oil as well. Good. Flavor added to it. We'll mix it in. Next, we are adding a quarter cup of soy sauce. Took a little while. And we'll mix again. Now, depending on your preferences, you could add a little more soy. I'm just going to let this go right now because I can always add more to the bowl or the plate. So, we will get this set up in a bowl and be back to taste. Alright. So, here it is. Still looking pretty hot but we're going to give it a taste. Um kind of curious because I might like a little more soy sauce but we'll see. Like you said, you can always add it, right? That's right. That's right. Karen loves shrimp fried rice. Mhm. So this is one of her specialties right? Mm. Very good. Good. That's great. So yes, I would add a little more soy sauce. Okay. I like a lot more onion so I would add more onion. Mm. Maybe just a little more of everything. Yeah. Except the shrimp. I think there was plenty in there. Good. Um and you can always use chicken.
