(Pssst, you can also make pizza, or naan with this dough). Ingredients Water -1 cup Milk - 1/2 cup Sugar - 1 tablespoon Salt - 2 teaspoon Butter - 2 tablespoons, melted Yeast - 1 teaspoons instant dry Flour - start with 2 cups, then add more gradually half or quarter cup at a time Directions Warm the milk and water, add sugar and yeast, whisk, allow to bloom for 5 min. Add butter, flour and salt, combine until mixed. Add more flour until it comes together, not sticky but slightly stiff. Knead dough for 3 minutes using a stand mixer, or 5 min by hand. Rest until doubled in size. Roll out into a rectangle. Filling Butter - 1/2 cup, soft. Cinnamon - use a lot. Brown sugar - to taste. Place in non stick or parchment lined dish, cover with a damp cloth and let rest for about 20-30 min. Bake @ 350F until golden brown, about 25 min (this will vary based on your set up).
