Don't understand how you guys are so far behind other adult content companies. If you guys can't even fix your credit card processing system, at least allow people to join through PayPal for a REAL, downloads-included, account. Or allow people to buy individual scenes without a membership, like Kink. The way you guys currently operate is asinine and very grifter-esque. And the customer service in attempting to resolve the issue was atrocious.

All I wanted to do was download one f.cking scene, now I'm out 25 bucks with a useless "anonymous account" that doesn't even allow downloads. All I know is that RK will NEVER see another dollar from me again on AdultDvdEmpire or anywhere else, and I spend A LOT of money on adult entertainment. If you guys want to avoid more angry customers, PLEASE STATE ON THE WEBSITE THAT DOWNLOADS AREN'T INCLUDED WITH A GIFT CARD PAYMENT. Downloads are the entire reason people join.

create the account, it says I need to pay another $15 to unlock downloads. Which can ONLY be paid for with a credit card, which of course, was unsuccessful since they don't accept Discover. $25 for a 16 day pass, and it doesn't even include downloads?! What a f.cking joke, get your sh.t together, RK and stop scamming people out of their hard earned money. NOWHERE on the website does it state that downloading videos (the whole reason I joined) isn't included with a gift card pass.

Trying to subscribe to Reality Kings was the worst experience I've ever had. First I tried to pay with my credit card, but it declined every time. I'm no where near my available credit line and have no debt, the card has never not worked before. After countless attempts, I finally try to join RK with a gift card as I see it's another payment option. I order a $25 best buy gift card and enter the details into RK to create my account. $25 for a 16 day membership, which is fine by me, but when I
