Deep Matter Garden
This project for a public garden wants to rediscover the deep roots of a place. The area consists on the reclaiming as a public garden of a site where 1,000 years ago used to stand the vineyards of Ariberto, Archbishop of Milan and leading character of the Church of that time. The design consists of three rings, whose shape was suggested by the topography of the site. While giving shape the internal pathways they identify a system of ‘rooms’. The continuous, monolithic, rings are stuck into the ground literally dissecting it with the aim of revealing its historical depth. Digital Park, Bratislava
Hell erstrahlt der Zugangsweg des Digitalparks in Bratislava. Die gegenüber der Innenstadt gelegene Büroanlage beherbergt zahlreiche Firmensitze, medizinische Praxen, Restaurants und Cafés.BEGA Pollerleuchten begleiten die Passanten Tag und Nacht auf dem Weg zum Gebäude des Digitalparks. Eine spezielle Lichttechnik mit Reflektor ermöglicht die großflächige Ausleuchtung, die selbst den Bereich der Treppe gut erreicht.Vier Büroblöcke sind durch einen langen Gebäuderiegel miteinander verbunden. The new headquarter building of the La Luxembourgeoise (Lalux) insurance company was linked to ambitious objectives. The main requirements on the architecture were flexibility of use, functionality, energy efficiency, user comfort and successful integration into the surroundings.
