Subject: An Excellent Resource! Many Thanks!
Subject: An Excellent Resource! Many Thanks!
I've been looking for over a decade, and have downloaded an untold number of records, books and other source documents looking for more specific information regarding my 6th great-grandfather, Lt. Colonel Abraham "Keble" Cable, Esq. I've found loads of sources that verify that he served, and that he was present at Valley Forge & Yorktown, but not much else. This book is different because it also states which battalion he commanded, and who his subordinates were, for example I learned that one of his sons, Philip Cable was the Captain of the 1st Company!
