This Infinity Flow is all about continuously moving through poses in a seamless loop, creating a sense of endless motion and fluidity. The sequence ⬇️ 1️⃣ Standing Split 2️⃣ Pistol Squat 3️⃣ Heron Pose 4️⃣ Cross Ankle Fold 5️⃣ Side Plank 6️⃣ Gate Pose 7️⃣ Half Split 8️⃣ Thread the front leg back into a standing split where you are set up nicely to continue the flow on the second side! Lubricating joints and gentling saying hello to areas we’re going to get to know later. ▪️ SPINE LOVE Being at the centre of the body and the centre of all movement I’ll always add in spinal movement. Whether that’s flexion/extension/ - Lateral flexion/rotation - or all of the above! ▪️ Theme based.
