WW Dinners
There are a lot of ingredients, but from start to finish, this took me less than ten minutes.
My shrimp cauliflower fried rice:
Ingredients:
-Fresh jumbo shrimp (about 12-15) tails removed
-Avocado Oil - 2 tbsp
-Kerrygold butter - 1 tbsp
-Cauliflower rice (1.5 cups)
-4 large fresh brussel sprouts cut into small little pieces
-1/4 white onion chopped
-Minced garlic
-Red cayenne pepper (a pinch)
-Yellow curry powder (a pinch)
-Black pepper (1/4 tsp)
-Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
-1 raw egg, bea
