Pastel Deviled Eggs Remove shell & cut boiled eggs in half. Remove the yolk. For each color, fill 2/3 with cold water, 1 tsp vinegar, & 3 drops of food color. Place egg whites in the mugs and allow to sit in the food coloring until desired color is reached. Remove whites from dye and drain on a plate lined with paper towels. (for pastel color, a quick dunk should do it) Fill w/your favorite deviled egg recipe using the yolks.
