Pure kitchen satisfaction! ✨ Ingredients (for 2 people): * 160 g flour (1 cup + 1/4 cup) * 2 eggs Instructions: 1. Create a well in the center of your flour mound on a clean counter, then crack in the eggs. 2. Knead the dough until it's smooth and elastic. 3. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, covered with surround wrap. 4. Divide the dough into smaller portions. 5. Roll out each portion of dough into thin sheets using a rolling pin or pasta machine. You know it's thin enough when it's a bit see through. 6. Dust the sheets lightly with flour to prevent sticking. Fold them onto each other. 7. Cut the sheets into fettuccine-sized strips using a knife. 8. Cook the fettuccine right away in boiling salted water for about 2-3 minutes, or until al dente. 9. Drain the cooked fettuccine and toss with your favorite sauce. 10. Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade fettuccine! It’s the little things that make the big difference — fresh lemons, simple ingredients, and that stunning view. 🍋🌿 Ingredients: 400g of spaghetti 2 Sorrento lemons Virgin olive oil to taste 80g of butter Fresh basil leaves Salt 40g Parmesan Method: Cook your pasta in salted boiling water, adding a lemon peel. Add the pasta to the pan with fresh basil. Finish the cooking time in the sauce and garni
