This picture was taken the day I found out we were losing our third pregnancy. My blood tests were all over the place so I had been anxiously waiting on a phone call with the results. My parents wanted to keep my mind off it so they took me to the Monterey Bay Aquarium. 🐟🐙 I got the phone call from my doctor right before we left confirming the worst. Surprisingly, I didn’t cry, I wasn’t sad... I felt numb and empty.
