Adaptive reuse, or adaptive re-use in architecture, is the process of repurposing buildings that have outlived their original purposes for different reasons and adapting them to receive new different uses or functions while at the same time retaining and emphasizing their historic features.

How can we as architects ensure that these structures get the importance they deserve? One of the solutions to this is 'Adaptive Reuse'
