Pipe the Sticks: Pour the batter into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip or a zip-top bag with a corner cut. Pipe 3–4-inch strips of batter into the hot oil. Fry: Fry the sticks in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per batch. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Dust & Serve: Generously dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with dipping sauces like chocolate, caramel, or fruit preserves.
