Please be sure of purchase as I do not accept returns because you changed your mind. I will happily remake your item or give full refund ONLY if there is damage to your purchase from USPS or a manufacturers defect. PLEASE NOTE THAT I TAKE PICTURES OF ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING so I will be able to tell if you caused the damage. I am a very reasonable person so just inbox me and we can work any problem out. 2. When ordering shoes PLEASE BE SURE OF SIZE as I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items, SHOES ARE CONSIDERED CUSTOM. Please understand that all items are handmade, I can not continue to remake an item because buyer ordered wrong size. If I am able to remake your order there will be a $50 restock fee.
