  • You’d normally find AustralianSuper Education Manager, Kim Heironymus, running workshops and helping everyday Aussies make more sense of their super. But this week, she swapped being on the road, for being in the studio, joining Emma from The Broke Generation Podcast to chat about how young people (and women in particular) can take simple, practical steps to grow their super and build financial confidence. From consolidating accounts and exploring investment options to making the most out of government incentives, Kim shares how small actions now can make a big difference later. 🎧 Tune in to learn how you could set yourself up for a more secure financial future: Listen on Spotify: https://ausup.me/4iEoxYg Listen on Apple Podcasts: https://ausup.me/4piH6DW #AustralianSuper #TheDailyAus #FinancialEducation #Superannuation #MoneyMatters #FutureYou Read the PDS and TMD at https://ausup.me/3KD16Ce

  • Stewardship is a fundamental pillar of our ESG and Stewardship program. As an asset owner, we can exercise our rights and responsibilities to seek effective management of ESG issues that we believe can impact investment value through engagement and voting. • At 65, community engagement worker Graeme wasn’t even sure of his balance until he and wife Lynda met with a financial adviser referred to them by AustralianSuper. “The adviser had all our numbers up on a board, and I said, ‘is that our combined super?’ and she said, ‘no, that's just yours’. So that was a great surprise.” Everyone’s circumstances are different and each of Australia’s 4.2 million retirees have their own goals and lifestyle needs. That’s why getting advice and information before and during retirement is so important. “We were scared that we didn't have enough money to talk to someone about it but they were just wonderful for us,” said Graeme. “If we didn’t get that advice, I'd still be wondering and Lynda would still be working.” Read the full story at - https://ausup.me/48k1Qnx #FinancialPlanning #RetirementReady #Superannuation The views expressed are those of the member based on their particular circumstances, reproduced with their continuing consent.

  • Did you know, 94% of AustralianSuper colleagues who took part in this year’s colleague survey agree that they have the flexibility they need in their work schedules to meet both work and other commitments? And of those, 66% strongly agree. We’re confident that we can fulfil our commitments to members, the Fund and one another, regardless of where colleagues are working from.
