What happens when you mix open conversations, founder honesty, and curious people? You get an evening that reminds you why building together matters. The speakers: ⚡️ Sergey Budyakov - raw, real, and remarkably honest about the founder journey. From "5-hour bike rides as founder therapy" to "when you take investor money, freedom doesn't exist", every answer made the room lean in closer. ☁️ Evgeny Vaganov - unpacking the Amazon Web Services (AWS) trends and AI for startups. We're getting closer to the day you'll only need one language - the one your mom taught you 😄 But what truly made the evening unforgettable? You. Everyone who showed up, asked brave questions, shared real challenges, and stayed till the lights went out. Your curiosity and drive to build together - that’s what KANGARU is all about. 💜 ✨ Massive thanks to Amazon Web Services (AWS) for hosting us in your stunning space, for the warm welcome, and for supporting tech founders from day one with programs that truly make a difference. 👉 What moment or quote stuck with you the most from the evening? 🔥 Our next KANGARU Roundtables is around the corner! Our format is simple: open discussions, your questions, real challenges, and practical solutions you can apply to your own project — at any stage, from idea to scaling, — plus insights from experienced founders. This is your space to ask, get clarity, and walk away with something better than a “network” — real progress. Your next co-founder, client, or advisor might be sitting right next to you! Bring friends — after the event, they’ll join our private chat and gain access to KANGARU’s resources. 📅 Saturday, September 20 | 1:00–3:00 PM 📍 UTS Startups, Sydney 🗣 Language: Russian Building is hard — but it’s easier (and faster) when you’re not doing it alone. 👉 Register here: https://luma.com/lt58ublw

KANGARU reposted this
✨ They say happiness loves silence. For the past two weeks (from 9th to 23rd of August), I didn’t post. I was professionally happy — and very busy. I believe in two things: 1️⃣ Surround yourself with people smarter than you. 2️⃣ Success comes from creating an environment for learning and experimenting — not just teaching and telling. With this in mind, I dreamt about building such an environment for startups. And we did it! 🚀 Together with incredible mentors, participants, and the KANGARU team, we launched FORWARD — a 2-week experimental sprint program where founders made real progress on their startups. Our incredible mentors (see point 1 — people smarter than me ❤️) who made this possible: Anna Korol – CPO | Startup Advisor | Entrepreneur Anastasia Butrym – Brand Psychologist | Partner at Shuka Design Ilnar Taichinov – Engineering Leader | Ex-Google | Atlassian Alex Vlassov – Founder & Director at Shtudio (marketing & design solutions) Dmitrii Sapegin – Digital Product Manager Alex Ustinov – Founder of BeaversBrothers Yury Galustov – Founder & CEO at Hydrosight Artem Yakimenko – Engineering Director What made it special? 💡 Experts who shared practical, hands-on advice - related to this particular startup 💡 A safe space to ask questions, make mistakes, hence - grow. 💡 Tangible results achieved in just two weeks. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who said “let’s go for it” and made this experiment real. 🙌 And to our amazing participants — you are the best!! To receive such strong support from the very start, even when FORWARD was just an MVP in action, is incredible. Your feedback is what makes me so excited for FORWARD 2. 📸 For those who love numbers, some screenshots are in the photos section. And huge thanks to Malika Numanova for capturing all the moments! #ForwardProgram #Startups #Mentorship #Innovation #Entrepreneurship #KANGARU

🚀 KANGARU set a new record last Saturday! 125 people registered, the waitlist opened, and more than 90 came in person to spend their Saturday afternoon diving deep into the world of social media marketing. And what an event it was. Instead of the planned 3 hours, the energy kept us going for 4+ — because the room was buzzing with curiosity, laughter, and those “aha!” moments when you suddenly see a new way forward. ✨ Our incredible lineup of speakers generously shared not just knowledge but real playbooks from their own journeys: ❤️🔥 Malika Nikolaeva — How creators go viral Max Kraynov — Lessons from Aviasales’ social media strategy Zoya Gafarova — $67K from 1.6K followers with zero ad spend Anna Korol — Building AI-driven products & GTM power plays Victoria Stankeeva — ROI-driven Meta ads & organic growth Alex Lyaschenko — Building LinkedIn communities that convert 🙌 What makes it even more special: all our speakers are volunteers. They prepared presentations and brought extra materials — investing their time and energy into our community, simply to pay it forward. 💜 Huge thanks to our KANGARU volunteer team — without you this wouldn’t be possible: Max Kraynov, Svetlana Nevskaya, Vitaliy Stepanenko, Ilya Avdyushev, Aleksandra Goryaeva, Yana Pavlycheva, Tatiana V., Anna Jaromenka, Yanika Okaeva, Natalia (Misha) Mishenina, 🌏 Eugene Datsky, Roman Silantev, Iuriy Nevskiy — and many more who gave their time and energy. Thank you Malika Numanova for the wonderful pictures — every moment feels alive again ✨ 📍 And a warm thank you to Greenwood Hotel for hosting us once again — your space makes everyone feel welcome. 👉 What’s the most valuable insight you’ve learned on the Saturday event? Share in the comments — let’s keep the conversation going 🙂 #KANGARU #SMM #SocialMediaStrategy #StartupSydney
