To make this quick high-protein snack all you need to do is: Mix 1 can of flaked tuna in water, drained, with a few tablespoons of plain Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of light mayo, some diced green onions, diced pickles, and salt and pepper. Top that on a piece of toasted “seeded carbonaut bread” and sprinkle some everything but the bagel seasoning.
